PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (Screen-printing & Heat-press)– Full-Time

Production Technicians do a variety of tasks in support of the screen-printing, heat-press, and embroidery business.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities
  • Select screen size, degreasing agents and emulsion coatings
  • Load screens into the printer
  • Install and reposition screen printing plates and pressure roles
  • Calibrate printer before the batch is printed
  • Operate a heat-press machine to apply logos to products
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arrive
  • Assist with drying, folding, and packing
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Able to access and navigate the production facility
  • Improve your processes and yourself each day
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday-Friday, days, occasionally Saturday

Experience: Manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train

EMBROIDERY MACHINE OPERATOR – FT REGULAR

Embroidery Machine Operators work with garments, cloth materials, computers, and an embroidery machine. This includes setting up the embroidery machine, maintaining it, and using the appropriate computer programs and applications.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • · Use the appropriate computer programs and applications
  • · Set up embroidery machines, and maintain them
  • · Complete the embroidery orders requested by our clients
  • · Sew logos, initials, and other patterns into fabric
  • · Improve your processes and yourself each day
  • · Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • · Be on-time and dependable for the team
  • · Able to access and navigate the production and retail facility
  • · Other duties as assigned
